Wednesday 3rd August - Monday 8th August.

O my lordy ive been so lax with this blog lately :/ Well its been pretty much lots of golf...... Wednesday n Thursday was the 9 hole then Friday he did his first time on the 18 hole course right round...took 4 hours. Saturday there was a competition on the main course and he got asked to join the junior team playing on Sunday. Sunday was a long day.....J n his pal Luke played with the juniors against Morlais Castle Golf Club.....they played brilliantly and it was off the ladies tees too not the blue kids ones. The other team were incredibly rude and un sportsman like but at least our kids were the bigger ones and didn't do it back. Shirt and tie after for the meal.

And today he has gone to church camp till Friday so there wont be any updates until Friday unless I hear off him and what he is up to.

Tuesday 2nd August.

Big day cos it was the mini masters qualifiers today so up the course by 11am to get warmed up and practice. Tee time was 2pm and he played awesome and came joint first in his age group even tho he is still 11 and its 12 and over (he is 12 on the competition day) .......they did a count-back tho and he lost out to the guy he drew with but hey joint first is fab esp as he has only been playing 6 months and with all the things he has to deal with.

Sunday 31st July and Monday 1st August.

Pretty much golf golf n extra golf to get him ready for the mini masters qualifier.....not much else as tried to let him chill a bit.

Monday 25th Saturday 30th July.

Lots of golf and golf and more golf hehe......but its paying off cos his scores are getting better and better. Home Ed group Tuesday....last one till September....no-one wanted to leave. Friday J was on cloud nine cos he shot his best score ever in golf and scored a 29 :) Saturday was captains day at the golf club so nice little party food spread laid on for the kids and a 18 hole competition.....J came joint fourth.....bloomin good when you think he only started playing seriously 6 months ago.

Thursday 21st to Sunday 24th July.

Lots and lots of golf been played because J is playing a qualifier soon for the Welsh Mini Masters Golf Competition. Youth Friday night which he enjoyed. Golf lesson Saturday morning and he was joint 2nd with 33 which was brilliant. Also got his team t shirt too which is dead smart.

Sunday we went with family to the chapel for the graveside service and to scatter my late Uncles ashes and lay a plaque for him.

Monday 18th till Wednesday 20th July.

Not been up to a  lot the last few days......went up to golf Monday but not a lot else cos it was a grotty day. Tuesday was home ed group which was great tho J didnt join in a lot as his tourettes is really bad so he was quite insular....after home ed group we nipped to my dads to pick up a really cool t shirt from Sonisphere and a poster of Kesha my dad had got J then home then we all went and played golf in the afternoon and even I played even tho I only took it up 2 weeks ago. Today I took him up to golf and he played awesomely....scored 33 on the 9 holes tho had he done what id said on hole 2 he would have had his lowest ever score of 30!

Sat 16th and Sun 17th July.

Eurgh what awful weather! Not a lot been done bar golf up the range Saturday and J went to Sunday school Sunday. Hope the weather improves cos he has a golf competition qualifier to prepare for :/
